REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you have ordered the wrong size shoes we are happy to exchange providing they are unworn, undamaged, unmarked, in their original condition and in their original packing.
All other items can be returned for an exchange providing they are undamaged, unmarked, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be at the discretion of All things bling and unusual, you must contact us prior to sending an item back for a refund.
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us if you are wanting to return any products, please do not return without authorising it with us first. We may need to see a photo of the item prior to you returning it.
*_We will not refund or exchange wigs, tan or coloured hair spray_
There will be a restocking fee of 10% of the total order including postage for refunds. This is to cover costs incurred by All things bling and unusual.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase.
We will not refund for change of mind.
Return postage is at the customer’s own cost and risk.
